"It was a quick stay. Staff was friendly. By the airport and a flight was delayed, so we had a two hour wait just to check in. This could not have been predicted but a kiosk for people who already have a reservation would be something to consider. "

"Just the fact that it’s an old ship, makes the experience unforgettable. Very unique, staff was friendly. Upon arrival our room wasn’t clean, no trash bags, no soap, and bed/pillows had no linen but we went to the front desk and voiced our concerns and they took care of the issue immediately. Our housekeeper was great, she did everything she could and even apologize even though it wasn’t her fault. She was very sweet and helpful, I told her I didn’t need the soap or towels because we had our own but she went above and beyond and brought everything to us, even extra. Kudos to the housekeeping team, they were awesome. Only thing, I didn’t get to meet any ghosts :("
