"Service was great! Kealey and Maria were awesome and a huge help. The breakfast is not very good. Pretty sure it's hotdog pieces instead of sausage. The apple and page juice machine has been broken for a couple days. Plan accordingly. The elevators smell awful. The bed isn't the softest. Now for the great things after getting those out of the way. The beach access is awesome. The view is awesome. Always an entire crew walking around cleaning. Activities daily for the kids like a movie or foam party or mermaids and pirates walking around. The price compared to others can't be beat. Don't let the negatives ruin the positives. Bring breakfast or Doordash. You're only in the elevator for a moment. The bed isn't awful, just not the best. We'll be staying again. There's no need to pay higher prices elsewhere. "

"We were excited as we pulled up to the hotel and saw what a great location we were in. Close to everything. Easy parking. When we entered, we were greeted with a welcoming hello from the front desk by BOBBY. He was kind and was so very helpful. He explained everything to us . Bobby was at the front desk every time we needed and even stay abit later to help us. I introduced Bobby to my relatives when I took 15 of us to coconut Charley's for dinner. I hadn't made reservations but the staff was wonderful and accomadted us immediately. The waitress and staff were great and all were very friendly. The breakfasts that were included with are stay were great. We were so pleased with our rooms. Everything was so clean and all housekeeping staff were very helpful. I have been to Panama City Beach before, but never stayed on the beach. I totally recommend the HYATT PLACE and if you stay make sure you get balcony rooms that face the water. Magnificent view and sunrise. Now for the amenity EVERYONE loved.......the huge swimming pool with the lazy river was great. All 7 of us had a fantastic time in the pool. Thanks for all your kindness. Although the beach had some undertow problems, we had a great time in the pool. When in the beach every room was given 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella to sit on the beach. The next time we are in Panama City Beach, we will be booking with you "

"If you are looking for a place that is centrally located and you never have to move your car… this is the place. Park your car and enjoy all that is within walking distance of the hotel. Food, fun and beach. Pier park is at your back door, beach is at the front door and you could door dash anything else you need. Dog friendly, family friendly and just all around great place to enjoy the beach. "
