Beautiful and comfortable
The hotel has recently been upgraded. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Can’t wait til my company sends me back to Dallas. I know where I’ll stay!!

Enjoyed our stay
The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The restaurant was good and service in all areas of the hotel was excellent. We will stay there again if in the area.

Great price! Great Location!
My boyfriend and I traveled to Dallas to attend a music concert in Frisco. I couldnt believe the great deal I had gotten through Expedia. The location of the Westin was perfect! It is in North Dallas and the surrounding neighborhoods are very nice! There were plenty of restaurants both north of the freeway, which is right were the hotel is located, and south. We also visited the Dallas galleria which was also about 5 mins away. When we arrived at 3 p.m. to check in, we were immediately given a room. Because we prepaid there were no other charges to take care of. Our room was very pleasant. Big comfy bed. My only discrepancy was I had noticed some dark stains on the comforter and also what looked like food stains on the sheet. But the maid happily changed the whole bed for us. The hotel was very quiet. The lobby was upbeat at night with a nice bar area where many of the guests were mingling. One other thing was the parking. You could either pay about 12 dollar a day to park in the garage which was convenient or walk a short 3 mins away and park for free. Also, we were not familiar with the area, but the gentlemen at the front desk helped us out tremendously! He gave us a map of the surrounding area and showed us a few great restaurants near by. When we checked out, it was easy and hassle free. Overall the area was great, the hotel was up to par, and the service was great Im sure I will stay at the Westin for my next vacation!

Needs improvement but great location
It was a good thing that I brought in the print out of our confirmation with the type of room we booked. Without the printout, the desk would have given us - instead of the corner room we booked - a regular room. The refrigerator in our room never got cold and was in poor condition. It was a little shabby in the bathroom and the single cup coffee maker was a real pain - when we both wanted coffee in the morning. Other than those things - the location was perfect and the room was nice and roomy.

Great location for Northpark, Galleria, Dallas Museum - close to lots of entertainment and easy to find

Great Hotel
Beautiful and clean hotel. Parking is a huge problem. Charge to park in hotel lot is not service friendly!

Service was fantastic . . .
Fantastic Service in all areas - except in the restaurant during conference lunch breaks. Great Hotel - just had issues in that one specific area.

The Westin Park Central Dallas
The lobby and restaurant(s) were under renovation, so the only place to eat was in the bar. This was OK, but it was not staffed as a restaurant so the service was pretty slow. I would like to have been told about the renovations when I booked. I might have chosen to stay somewhere else in the area. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Would go back
I started out at another hotel in the area and it was horrible so I cancelled my stay at that hotel and made last minute reservations at the Westin. I was pleasantly surprised and was glad to be there. It’s probably one of the nicest hotels in that area.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
There are not many eating places in the immediate area, but the hotel restaraunt was good. Vallet was $18, but there’s also a free self parking lot close by. Breakfast at the hotel was pricey and wireless internet is a $10 fee.

Great for a business trip
Hotel is in an office-park area with nothing of interest in walking distance, but if you need to stay in the general area (LBJ & North Central Expwy), it’s probably the best upscale option around. Standard Westin rooms, comfortable beds, helpful concierge, decent breakfast cafe. Pay for parking & in-room wi-fi. Would stay there again.
