3 C’s: comfy clean cordial
newly renovated; bathrooms are clean; hospitable; 1/2 mi or 2 min cab ride from local bars and beaches; not too far from freeway; wish they had better parking but that’s the only negative i see..

This hotel was very, very good. The people there was very nice. It´s clean and comfortable. The price was good. It´s close the beaches.

New, Excellent Rooms, and Friendly Staff
Hotel is new, is in very good shape, well decorated and furnished. Will be the place that I stay in Jacksonville Beach area for any future business trips.
