Loved the balcony with large room and bathroom. Love the beach area and pool. My biggest complaint was the choice in food and room service. Shops and ice cream closing at 5? That seems early when you generally go to beach and pool in the day and dinner in evenings. No room service and staff at front desk didn’t know so many of our questions.. had a nice time but definitely needs some improvements

So relaxing, and plenty to do. I almost didn’t miss the room service - the weather was so nice that I easily could walk to the on-property deli to pick up food for in-room dining.
