Facility and staff were great. We got Ickes out of our room for 2 hours in the middle of night because th door lock lost its charge, and they comp our room. Will go back. Beds comfy and rooms very clean. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom only. I will be back

Private access to the beach was great, along with the pool. The fitness center was nice - great cardio equipment. The staff was more than hospitable. The best is all the incredible restaurants right out the front door of the hotel. Couldn't rate One Ocean high enough.

Fabulous location, but the hotel needs a bit of sprucing up. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and of course the highlight is the beach. It’s a very long walkable beach quite beautiful.
