Terrible front desk support
I rented a room with my 2 kids; part of my reservation was to get an extra bed for 1 of my kids; the receptionist and her supervisor were haggling with me for over 15 minutes as they want me to pay 200 Dhr per night; I was expecting an upgrade as I was a regular costomer!! I will never stay at Grand Hyatt again.

Very comfortable great service and well maintained Hotel
This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in thus far. I travel a lot and Dubai is overall tops Great Job to all the staff

Dubai’s Best Hotel
The Grand Hyatt Dubai was a great hotel. The staff was friendly, the grounds were awesome, the pool and pool bar were very nice. I would stay at this hotel again if I ever get the chance to go back to Dubai.
