All staff were great from check in to check out. Sanu (front desk) did an excellent job on relocating us to our upgraded room after our 2nd night of stay (out of 5).He was professional and attentive to our desire to avail a more comfortable room in your very desirable hotel. Outdoor pool was amazing!

The rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff was wonderful and helpful! It was our first time in Dubai and the location was perfect! It's right across the street from the Burj Khalifa with unique views of it from the rooftop pool, giving some of the best views of the city. It is also attached to Dubai Mall via above ground tunnel system which was amazing when the weather was so hot and convenient for getting around. We absolutely loved our stay here!

This hotel was beautiful. The infinity rooftop pool is a must see. The hotel also has direct access to the Dubai Mall, via a walkway. I highly recommend the Address Skyview.

The hotel is beautiful and has an incredible infinity pool overlooking the Burj. The room was very comfortable and spacious, offering a high level of comfort. However, I found that some of the staff were not as friendly or welcoming as expected. I had requested a special arrangement for my partner’s 40th birthday and received a confirmation message, but unfortunately, nothing was prepared. This was quite disappointing, especially for a hotel of such a high standard.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it wont be my last. I love everything about this place , from the location , customer service , amenities , the food etc. Everything here is five star plus. Their infinity pool is the cherry on top !

This property is more then amazing a true 6-star hotel, clean, unique people and location, unbelieveble food and drinks, restaurants but a breath taking view of the infinity pool at 54th floor is unbeatable. Deserve one more star.

It was a nice property with some great amenities. The staff was great and the views were wonderful. When I went to take a shower, however, the hot water was out, which sucked, and I would not have expected this from a property of this quality, so I was quite disappointed.
