Impressed with facilities upkeep

We (my wife and I) were impressed with the facilities of the hotel. We found all that one might expect in a new (recently built) facility. Management was cordial and cooperative in every way. We enjoyed a comfortable ovenight stay. Will probably go back to the Day’s Inn Roosevelt Blvd,when next we visit in Philadelphia. Thanks!

Conveniently located for many attractions in North Philadelphia.

Good for staying in.

I frequent this hotel every couple of months. It is clean, comfortable, and decent. The staff is a little obnoxious but overall the experience is always good when I go there. People say the neighborhood is terrible but if you are used to a more "urban environment" and you aren’t scared of diversity then you will be fine, it definitely is not a hostile environment. It is definitely not a 5 star accomodation but is fine depending on what you need. Awesome proximity to Center City Philly, good public transportation directly in front/across from the hotel and just a 10 minute bus ride to the El.

Not worth the money you will save.

This hotel was in terrible condition located in a terrible part of town. All the rooms smell like smoke and there was no ironing board. I was afraid my car would get stolen or damaged. Hallways were very loud. Sheets felt dirty. Bathroom quality was sub par. Not worth the money you will save. Spend another $20 and get something better.

Do not stay here for any reason

Dirty, disgusting, and even though I specifically reserved a non-smoking room I did not get one. It was Hell. It was not near the airport like Expedia represented, it was in a terrible part of town.

the hotel was under construction at my time of staying but the hotel was still very comfortable and i was very pleased with my stay. I wish it would have been longer but unfortunately some vacations cant be.

Old motel under construction

This motel is currently under construction in the main lobby/hall area. There were electrical problems, no elecric in room for a few hours. Told a transformer had blown. It is a very old hotel, rooms were a bit small, bathroom was small, with old tile, but kept very clean. Bedding clean, carpet was old and stained.

An absolute disgrace

When we checked in through the bullet proof glass I knew we were in for a shock. This place does not deserve to be called a hotel. It is a tenement. There was mold on the ceiling and walls. An outlet was burned out. The ceiling was literally coming down. When we turned on the heat smoke came out and a terrible burning smell with it. My kids and I did not sleep at all. Our room was practically on the main road and there was non-stop noise. If it was a no-name hotel I would blame myself, but a this chain is supposed to have some sort of standard. We arrived after midnite and could not go looking for another place, but cancelled our reservation for the 2nd nite. Disgraceful!!

Avoid at all costs.

Philadelphia

I stayed at the Airport Sheraton Suites this past week and i must say that every time i am in philadelphia I will stay in this hotel. I can not tell you how good the hospitality is at the hotel for words just can not explain the excitment and pleasure it was to be in this hotel. It was clean spacious and just what i was looking for in a hotel room. thanks
