Property was acceptable and rooms were ok. Buttons for hot tub were missing but usable, and the bed was broken or dented in the middle and caused you to roll towards the center of the bed. Staff was made known of condition of room in the morning due to late check in.

2 things I need to address. 1 is the food. The hotel need better food section as well as a stove, oven and more cooks that can actually cook breakfast. All the pork meat and have to request turkey sausage. And microwaving the food really don’t taste good. Also need more turkey options as well. 2 the tv. I don’t understand what there is no better cable channels. The hotel goes on a satellite of you only get like 5-6 channels and they barely works. Suggestion, How about getting a smart tv. Just use streaming apps, and it’s cheaper. Or get cable, have hbo or something like it included. The hotel is making enough money to have these things. Otherwise I do enjoy my stay at Best Western

The rooms weren’t clean, it took a long time to check in, checking out, they stated that they couldn’t provide me a receipt for staying there…I had to get it from Expedia…. I never heard of such…..the breakfast food was horrible….a very bad experience….. I won’t stay there again 😡😡

Well, checking in was whatever, not a bad experience- the mini-store by the front desk was surprisingly affordable. The room however was...odd. Two beds, but one was an actual mattress that was moderately comfortable, but the other felt like a totally different thing. It felt like it was just a box speing. And thats being nice. Very uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. But man, beds were awful.
