Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. When I called front desk I was told there was nothing they could do about it. They didn’t offer to have maintenance come look at it, offer another room or a discount.

Room is good. Staff was generally friendly. But with my 3-night stay, there was no WiFi! I could not do any work. Front desk told me the wifi was down and they didn't know when it will be back. Long story short, I spent multiple trips to front desk and was given a phone number for ME to follow up. Then I spent 3x1 hour with the tech support within 3 days. Initially the support told me that I should contact the hotel instead and was put on hold for a whole hour before got disconnected. Anyway, on my last day, with the 3rd phone call it was finally resolved. I felt it was not my job to solve this issue but I ended up (had to) doing it.

James the bartender had made Some great pizza and loaded tots as I was hungry ànd it had been a long day! The room was so clean. I noticed they don’t use garbage backs in the garbage can. But what’s the point of the extra sink with no soap. Other than that it was great shuttle guy was awesome too

Checked in on 5/8/24 and visited Fitness room first upon obtaining room key since my plan was to work out everyday there. The Fitness room felt like 85 degrees and it was evident A/C was not working. Informed front desk. Went to my room assigned on 5th floor and the Room was at 75 and thermostat set at 70. Here again the A/C was not working; however, they did provide another room on 2nd floor that was working better except the HVAC unit would periodically make loud noises throughout the night. Cleanliness: microwave was dusty, left over hairs were in bathroom sink from previous occupants. Keep in mind they do not provide lotion or trashcan liners. So bring your own lotion. Free Breakfast: OK but not the worse nor best. Worked out on 5/9 morning in Fitness Center before it got too hot since A/C still not working. 5/10 noted Fitness door propped open to let cool in. 5/11 on day of check out Fitness Room A/C finally working. The highlight of the hotel is the staff: From the shuttle van driver, housekeeping, breakfast attendant, and front desk they are the nicest people.
