"From the time we dropped off the car and checked in to the end of our stay we could not have had a better time. Courteous and efficient check in. Large clean, modern room with great bathroom. Excellent restaurant, especially the Saturday evening BBQ. Everyone was kind, considerate and helpful. We will definitely return for a longer stay"

"Terrible - old property plus nobody interested to give service; we booked a suite and when we checked in - it was not cleaned properly. There were pieces of glass and my daughter hurt herself. There were women hair and some sanitary (used) in the bathroom. The entire corridor was gloomy; restaurants were not operational; exterior glass windows were not cleaned; breakfast quality was poor with limited options compared to a normal buffet which we get in almost every hotel; at check out no staff was even interested to support on the luggage; in summary entry to exit experience was terrible compared to the amount charged by them for one night. "

"Amazing hotel "

"This is my 3rd time staying at Kingfisher Retreat Sharjah and I had another wonderful experience. We had stayed in room 31 ( original one bedroom tent) and it was perfect. Clean, comfort bed, and a very nice view of the gulf of Oman beach. Staying for 2 nights (half board), dinner and breakfast, as always never disappoints for me. My first evening for dinner was a set menu and my second evening was hybrid dinner buffet, while my first morning breakfast was set menu and my second morning was breakfast buffet. Overall, the food was delicious and well presented. The staff was professional and as always willing to help. I can not thank them enough. During our stay, we finally had a chance on checking out the mangroves and it was worth the experience. Highly recommended. While not experiencing any faults during my stay, Kingfisher Retreat is a perfect choice for a weekend getaway. Thank you so much team."

"Excellent location with private beach and wonderful pools. Breakfast buffet was marvelous and magnificent with lots of option. Its my first time that I noticed the Breakfast buffet is open till 11am. In most hotels its only till 10:30am. Staff's are friendly and service was excellent. People go beyond their call of duty to make your stay comfortable. If you like to go off the radar and take some time off from your regular routine, this is the best place to do so. One thing I didn't like about this property is about the drinking water in plastic bottle. The hotel should consider installing water filter machines in each floor so that the guests can fetch water whenever needed. Providing use and throw plastic bottles is not good for the environment. I hope the management will consider this suggestion to become more environmental friendly which is the need of the hour."
