"You book with Hotel.com and pay in advance. Then the hotel tells you they don’t have those rooms available. So there is extra to pay. I do not know where the miscommunication happened, Expedia or misrepresented by the owner/manager, but the owner/manager was extremely rude while trying to figure out what happened to our reservation. His words...don't bother coming at all...so we did not. Unfortunate because we were really looking forward to our stay.
