“People calling the front desk ended up calling our room. We were in 301. We received 4 phone calls. One call was nasty—a guy complaining about noise and was ready to cause a big stir if the problem wasn’t corrected. When talking to the front desk about the problem we didn’t get any help. Please correct your telephone system. Basically when people press the front desk button, they are directed to 301.”

“There were a lot of knats/fruit flies in my room. I suspect it was from general humidity and the A/C in my room which was the old kind of wall unit that drew air from the outside and probably had a bit of condensation. I doubt that anything could have been done about it, but it was annoying. There were only 10 channels on the TV - no HBO or movies offered.
