“Ich war in Chiang Rai und wollte ein Hotel nähe Stadtmitte. Das Hotel wurde mir mit 400m zur Stadtmitte angezeigt. Ich buchte und verstand erst später dass mir ein Hotel in Chan Saen angedreht wurde, das kein Stadtteil von Chiang Rai ist sondern 40km entfernt liegt. Eine sofortige Stornierung habe ich nicht gefunden. Es war das letzte Mal, dass ich EXPEDIA benutzt habe. Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Reinlege”

“It's a newly built hotel, very clean and spacious. The only negative was bad WiFi in my (newer) building. Perhaps the other building has better WiFi. If you are coming by bus or van from Chiang Mai, ask to drop at the traffic light immediately after the National Museum (which is 3 minutes walk from the hotel).”

“This place is a special stop to add to your trip. The owner is the sweetest person I have met and she will take good care of you. This is not in town so you must contact the owner for a pickup. If you are doing a border crossing have your snacks money etc before staying. But to stay here and enjoy the owners homecooked meals, the quiet of the rice fields and the comforts of these little cabanas is a nice refreshing experience. As a solo traveler this gave me a little piece of "mama" energy...

“The hotel was over booked but we were offered to stay at another location. Thank you for doing that. The resort was in a nice location however, there was ants within the room. Please do something about that. Otherwise, Staff was friendly and kind and offered us a free meal. We were also offered to come back and have breakfast at the same location which was overbooked.”
