“Great”

“Santa’s Lodge is straight out of your grandmas 80’s living room- and it also felt that way. The idea is cute, and the staff was very nice. The hotel rooms are very dated. We had a large millipede type bug come out of the shower drain when we turned that water on. The indoor pool area was simply gross. There were large puddles of water, trash, and poorly maintained furniture. The pool and hot tub were chipped and had rust and gross spots. We chose not to get in and enjoy that amenity due to the……

“Very clean and nice staff! We stayed here with our grandkids before going to Holiday world.”

“The room had such a strange smell. It wasn't a cleaning smell it was a very strange smell. Also the cold water didn't work in the shower. So you turned on the hot water then turned it to cold and the water would only very slightly cool. Other than that the water was to hot. You had cold water in the sink but not in the shower. The room hasn't been up graded since the late 80s or so. I wasn't impressed with this place at all and wouldn't recommend.”
