The only issue was that the hotel overbooked our room type (the employee blamed Expedia for this), so we were given a king room with a pull-out sofa instead of two beds like we’d booked. This certainly wasn’t ideal for us, but we dealt with it vs. trying to find another hotel."
"Cedar's Edge cabin was perfect for a short weekend getaway! It was a cute little cabin with nature all around. Loved the options of a fire or hot tub outside. It was clean snd they left personal touches like fresh flowers on the back porch. Would definitely visit again. "

"We rented for a 13th birthday party. Plenty of room for all the girls. Very well kept, master bath was a little tricky to find (it's hidden behind the door entering the room)LOL... Location and neighbors were perfect. Would definitely use again. "

"We have stayed here several years and the property never disappoints. Close by to Holiday World. We like coming back to a nice, clean place to stay. Everyone can shower and relax at the end of the day. We don't have to be all crowded together. Plenty of space. The kids loved seeing all the frogs and we saw a couple of turtles in the pond too! The host is quick to respond and very helpful/accommodating. Thanks for creating so many memories for our family. We will be back next year!"

Breakfast goes quick and it’s in a smallish space but the majors are offered. All areas were very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great. "The cabin was clean, beds were comfortable. Easy access to ice (3 a bag) and propane for gas grill. The A/C couldn't keep up to the above 90 temps outside, bough a box fan and that did the trick. The hot tub was amazing and I was surprised how cool the room was with the outside temp. Will stay again, when we have a boat of our own. "

"Great place to stay, especially for Holiday World with it only being a few minutes down the road! Clean, organized, and had everything we needed plus some (games, books, etc). Loved seeing the goats out the window next door & our kids loved saying hi to them. Utilized the grilling area as well! "

"This was our second visit, knowing that our large family would once again enjoy all that this Southern Indiana cabin has to offer!The cabin was clean; tidy; well-stocked with needed kitchen, bedroom, and bath items; and completely ready to go for our family's stay.It is located on a quiet country road that delivered tranquility and the opportunity for our grandchildren to explore the woods, creek, and area in general, and experience the beauty of nature.Holiday World and Santa Claus, Indiana, are just a short 17-minute drive away, and other day trip destinations - lakes, caves, lovely small towns, historical sites, hiking trails and forests, and so on - are not much farther.And the owner, Emily, is incredibly responsive to all communications.We look forward to returning many times in the coming years!"
