“It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it.”

“As always, the staff at the Extended Stay America Suites Philadelphia Horsham Dresher Rd did an excellent job! They are consistently courteous, professional, pleasant, efficient, and proficient at their jobs. They go the extra mile, and they always do it with a smile. Because of the staff, it was a very pleasant stay.”

“Clean room. Seemed newly renovated. Nice pool area. Bed was firm and comfortable. TV worked well, had access to Netflix and other streaming services if you had an account. Standard continental breakfast - bagels, toast, hardboiled eggs, cereal, and some yogurt. Coffee and juice. Convenient location for my son's hockey tournament. There is a Dunkin' right next door.”
