BED BUGS! My family and I stayed here for a weekend while enjoying Sesame Place across the street. In total, we reserved three rooms (2 nights/1 night).
My room was not clean. The shower had soap scum (which does not develop in one day), the bathroom had no hand soap or body wash. When I asked for soap, I had to go down to the front desk to pick it up, rather than have it brought up to me. I was itching all night once in my bed, luckily I haven't had any bites show as of yet.
Family room #1 - after night #1, family requested new towels upon returning to the room and seeing that housekeeping did not service the room. Family was then informed that the room does not get cleaned on the weekends, which seems quite interesting. A hotel is open 24/7, why would weekends be any different than a weekday? Family then was told that they had to pick up the towels from the front desk, housekeeping would not bring it up to the room. The carpet was dirty, found a fake nail on the floor!!! And they wouldn't come vacuum
Family room #2 - BED BUGS! On checkout morning, woke up extremely itchy and within 2 hours bites have appeared all over ankles, wrists, abs, etc. When the front desk/manager was confronted there was no compassion nor solution suggested. They refused to refund any part of the stay nor offer any compensation. Additionally, this room was dirty from the minute they walked in. There was dirty candy found all over the floor, which obviously means the room wasn't even vacuumed.
