The bathroom tub was pealing, Had only partially internet service . Staff was friendly, but very slow about giving towels ,Twice I had to go to the desk after I had called for them early in the morning for towels and toilet paper and waiting over 8 hours before I had to go and get them myself.

Harley at the front desk was wonderful! She was able to help us with our reservation: we had wanted connecting rooms, and she made it happen. That being said... this place needs some upgrading. Overall, it seems a little shabby. Walls need paint, furniture is stained. Doors kept sticking. But both of our rooms were clean and comfortable enough for one night.

Good for what I paid but definitely not for the price they usually charge. Room already had melted ice in the ice bucket, missing a washcloth, no bags for dirty laundry n no bathmat. One elevator broke for over a week at least and still wasn’t working by the time we left. Breakfast always had either sausage or bacon, potatoes and eggs, 3 cereal choices, 2 bagel choices and English muffins, muffins, assorted yogurt, juice n make your own waffles. They said something to me about using a Wawa cup for my juice but had no problem with a man who brought his own Pyrex containers to take the buffet with him as well as eating in the dining area. Staff were friendly

My stay here was great they helped me with anything that was needed , delicious breakfast and when I arrived they allowed me to check in a little earlier than 3:30 since my flight arrived early . And the room was very clean thank you for my stay

The room was not swept, the bathroom was OK with the tub was dirty and greasy. I was in shock about that and you could hear the people talking in the next room over. And the bed is super squeaky the linen and the bedding was nice.

Breakfast area was well kept up. The room itself was basically just touched up. The floors were dirty. They were definitely not swept.The bathroom tub was greasy. Although the bedding was nice, the bed was so squeaky. I couldn’t roll over without squeaking… Oh, and I could hear the whole conversation of the people in the room next to me. They were on the telephone and he was just loud. I had to turn the TV on just to remove his volume.

Staff including the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms, towels and overall hygiene conditions were good. Location was very convenient and close to highways. The only major problem were the elevators. One elevator was not working and I got stuck in the other for 10 minutes because it broke down. The delayed check out and departure caused further inconvenience in reaching my destination on time.

I only stayed for 4 hours, due to my late arrival, however, I have been in conversation with the Operations Supervisor, to whom do not like the comment I posted about my stay. The front desk clerk told me the TV did not work, which I turned it on anyway and it did not. It was 3 in the morning so I was not going anywhere else. I also stated that most hotels are able to print for you, even if they do not have a business center. I was only stating the facts and it seemed to upset the management. I travel for a living and I am use to the simple things, plus cleanliness. Otherwise, I slept pleasantly.

Surfaces in room hadnt been cleaned. Wall rot on the bathroom wall. Tub paint was chipping. Bed uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. Worst part of all was the fire drill checks - the continuous alarms gave me a headache, and the front desk staff neglected to tell us it was happening at 8 freaking 8 AM the night before! No fire station needs to check fire alarms for hours on end! Will not be back, terrible stay. Will be calling corporate for this one.
