I was a little unhappy with the cleanliness of the room, The first room had roaches and I had to switch rooms. But the front desk staff were very respectful and helpful. It seems Housekeeping does not do a very good job cleaning the rooms I noticed there was dead bugs and spider webs in the corners of room, pieces of food and an old french fry beer cap. On top of that the bed was rock hard and the heater did not work in the room. Breakfast was decent better than most places in the area besides Hampton inn. The modern bright colored furniture and nice photos in the rooms was a plus. The indoor pool seemed cloudy /dirty and uninviting to be honest The jacuzzi is not warm.. I would hope that the Best Western would do better next time. This is actually a nice place and a nice location but it just needs better upkeep 👍

Just a quick visit, but not one I would like to do again. Don't normally leave reviews unless it's very deserving on 2 conditions, excellent or very poor. In this case I felt compelled to inform and warn anyone who decides to reside. It's not really what I see as a hotel but I motel conversion. I had somebody at 2am in the morning banging at my door, while yelling and screaming at someone. Which by the way went on for 2hours. The floors are nasty stick grimey. I believe that they really don't take the reviews seriously as long as the money keeps flowing and they can be deceived by the wide lens and colorful paint.

My stay was decent except I wish I had known that the rooms were outside. Breakfast was not very good and there would always be a shortage of pancakes. I remember I asked at 9:30 if the pancake mix bag can be changed and the staff said it’s too late. Then around 9:40 another lady had asked for a different pancake bag and the staff changed it. I felt so insulted. So the next day I started getting breakfast at the Wawa across the street.

The staff at this property was wonderful. They went above and beyond to take care of us during our 3 day stay. The property was well lit and we felt safe at all hours. The location was ideal as well. 20 minutes to 6 Flags, close to restaurants and shopping. Our room did have some issues, but they were taken care of immediately. For the rate. It was a very nice place to stay.

The floors of our room were filthy. We noticed that our toddlers feet were black after walking around the room for 20mins. We informed the front desk but they said house keeping would not be able to clean it until the next morning. We took a roll of lysol wipes that we had in our car and wipped the floor 3 times, and the floors were filthy. House keeping did come the next morning and mopped the floor. They were very helpful and nice. We also did not like the lay out of the bathroom. The entrance to the stand up shower was blocked by the toilet. You literally had to step over the toilet to get in and out. With a toddler and an 8yr old, they was not ideal.

Contrary to other reviews, our rooms were renovated and clean. The rooms had a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The only drawback was the brand new TVs didn't have HD channels. That's a pretty small complaint. I would stay here again.

**Hotel Review: Best Western** I recently stayed at the Best Western and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. The staff were very kind and friendly, which was the only highlight of my stay. However, the rest of the experience was quite disappointing. To start, the amenities were quite basic and surface level. Upon entering the room, I was immediately hit by the unpleasant smell of smoke mixed with cleaning supplies. The bed was extremely hard, feeling more like a box spring with a very thin topper rather than a comfortable mattress. To make matters worse, there were dead bugs on the floor and what appeared to be a roach crawling around. The pool was another letdown. It was freezing cold, and the whirlpool was nothing more than a cold water tub, far from the relaxing hot tub experience I had hoped for. The continental breakfast was the biggest flop. The pancake machine was out of order, leaving guests with only frozen waffles, bread, English muffins, and a toaster. I arrived at 9 am to find that the grits were completely gone, and the tray labeled as "sausage" actually contained eggs and ham. The apple juice machine was also out of order, and the only fruit available was an apple. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The only saving grace was the friendly and helpful staff, but unfortunately, that was not enough to outweigh the numerous negatives of my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable st

Breakfast needs improvement. Paper plates are very flimsy. Need other choices besides scrambled eggs every day. Four days you were out of apple juice and orange juice. If you run out of an item, you should buy tlocally until your order comes in. Keep customers happy and they will come back. A big improvement is adding w a waffle maker. That is most people's favorite.

Location, cleanness very good. They provided two regular size pillow and two very small pillow for two people. My sleeping experience was not great due to very small pillow. They should provide all regular sized pillows in all rooms.
