“Easy access when visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Hotel was clean, friendly, pool well maintained and offered outdoor seating with view of mountains. Bar Harbor offers Free bus service throughout area and bus stop #10 located directly across the street from hotel. Continental breakfast was offered but very limited”

“The property is obviously an older facility but it is well maintained and looks fresh and clean. There was not a single thing we didn't like. Easy walk to downtown. We will absolutely stay there again if we return to the area.”

“Quality was about as expected for this price. We didn’t need anything special since we were spending long days in Acadia. The place was clean and had daily house keeping. Very out dated and some broken ceiling tiles, but clean. AC worked great. The room fit our need perfectly and didn’t break the bank”

“The only downside to this property was that you pay for an ocean view room and indeed you can see the ocean but it’s quite a distance away. We had not been to this area before and didn’t know the lay of the land so it was a little unexpected to be so far away from the ocean and have a ocean view.”

“I stayed a total of four nights. The place was very clean and quiet (my room was towards the back), though the motel was full. I did not rent a car, there were two shuttle pick-up spots within walking distance. In the evening, shuttle drivers would drop me off right by the property when I gave them advanced notice. Very conveniently located. Helen (the owner) is very nice and shared interesting story and useful trip information of the area. I enjoyed my stay there. ”

“Absolutely wonderful!! A peaceful spot along the water. I could have sat on the porch the entire stay! Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend! PS- the info on Expedia about needing to be there by 3 pm was inaccurate! They were very accommodating!”
