Management pleasant & helpful, good English spoken and plenty of local knowledge offered. Good restaurants in the nearby village, beds comfortable. "This place is a no frills budget hotel and I knew that when I booked it so I can’t really complain. But a few little things could have been done better. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card! The pillows were so cheap as were the amenities in the room. But like I say… I wasn’t expecting anything else and I hadn’t paid for...

"On arrival our booking couldn’t be found, there seemed to be a problem. We had to change rooms because every time the toilet flushed there was water on the floor. The carpet was wet from another time. We were put into another room without any problems. It was great to be able to have a meal at the hotel. Lovely staff especially our waitress "

"We have stayed here before and the hotel has lookled a little "tired". We had a a refurbished room and it was small but good. Sound proofing from the nearby TGV railway line is excellent so we were surprised that we could here a loud TV until 1am. Main disappointment was the sun loungers around the small pool - only 4 and 2 were broken. More loungers are promised for 2014. We will stay there again - excellent breakfast for the price."
