The information provided in my room stated that cleaning, as well as fresh linens and towels, would be provided every three days. However, during our stay, the linens were never changed and the beds were never made. We had to specifically request towels on two separate occasions when scheduled cleanings did not occur, and trash was only collected twice throughout the entire duration of……
