“Todo estuvo fatal , desde que entras en olor a alfombra sucias es evidente . “Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.”

“Upon entering my room, I noticed an intense, damp smell. Shortly after, I discovered that the carpet near the window and under the air conditioning unit was completely drenched. Because I checked in late (around 1:00 AM), I decided to sleep and address it the next day. When I notified the front desk the following morning, they were entirely dismissive. They did not take a formal report or show any concern. I seriously doubt the issue has been resolved. I would not recommend staying here.”

During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience.
