“Clarion Pointe was an excellent choice. A stone’s throw from MKE airport, it was super clean and the staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was more than adequate. I only wished I had known about their airport shuttle!”

“The breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful with the parking situation. Our only negative is that my husband has a c pap machine to sleep. There is a master switch for all the outlets and lights on the bed wall. When the switch was turned off the c pap wouldn’t work without the light staying on behind the bed. We finally did find an outlet on the opposite wall and had an extension cord so it worked.”

“The front desk was helpful and accommodating when we presented our issues. There are ants and roaches in certain rooms, dirt and grime left on appliances and the floor. There needs to be a policy change that requires housekeeping on a more frequent basis. They don’t check on residents frequently to make sure the living habits of residents and conditions are not promoting pests. Smoking takes place in the building and right in front of the entrance. They need more staff to be able to help manage……

“Great location with large spacious room”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
