"This was the first time staying at this hotel. The entire experience was a delight . The standout part for me was the outstanding customer service. The people who were working at the front desk were billingual, informative and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding crisp and clean. "Great hotel, high quality in almost everything. The surrounding area was a little iffy but other than that it fit perfectly for us. The free parking is great but complicated having to move cars around. Yet, it is a great addition if you are travelling by car. They did not take cards and they did not let me prepay. That is a problem, for we had to give them some of our exchanged pesos."

"Staff was very attentive, friendly and provided quick service. Hostel had amenities such as outdoor courtyard, ping pong table, mini computer lab and outdoor seats with free breakfast cooked by one of the staff members. Convenient location as it is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and bars. Only downside was showers didn’t dispense water well and need a little maintenance and renovation. Overall a good experience. "

"Great location, near downtown, it’s in a busy street and you can hear cars passing by but if you are a heavy sleeper then you will be fine. Parking spaces where limited but they would accommodate by utilizing parking lot from the hotel next door. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable!"
