"Me and my friend stayed in studio flat room with small kitchen and bathroom. It was very pleasant stay. This hotel is slight outside the city centre but the tram connection is really good day and night! So don’t worry if you want to return to hotel at 3 am. Day tram no 9 and night tram no 98. "

"This property is a bit on the outskirts of the city. The road to get to it is not paved and not exactly easy to navigate. While the room and boat itself were clean and spacious- the area near the boat was run down. We request our room to be cleaned and they only pulled up the blankets on the bed, no towel replacements, no clean coffee cups, no wipe of the bathroom sinks or tub. "

"Even if I checked-in a bit late some nice lady guided me through the process so everything was ok. Room was on the smaller size, but bed was fine and bathroom clean so no issues there. I could only recommend for solo or on budget travelling."
