“Very clean room, mattress was old and not comfortable. No amenities at all. Just a place to sleep. Lady who checked us in was nice but no interaction beyond check in. Bathroom was clean and nice. No hairdryer.”

“Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused. Mattress and box spring placed on floor. Staff entered room to snoop each time I left, they even left the door unlocked. Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out. Infested with Bed Bugs. Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands. Police told me it was condemned……
