This place has so much provided…this is our 2nd time renting for our annual Christmas trip. Last year there were no Christmas decorations and this year there was. Very great to know a host listens.

Everything about this place was wonderful for us! We were there to see the Kinzua Bridge, Elk spotting and star gazing and this location was spot on. Communication with the host Dan was great. Had everything we needed. It was a very cozy way to celebrate our 42 nd anniversary. We will be going back in Aug or Sept. Only saw 1 elk on our drive there but on the way home we saw a very large heard. It was beautiful.
