“? The Hotel can use some update. The heater wasn’t working in a swimming pool. Carpet was dirty throughout the hotel and elevator. Rooms were dark, there are only 3 lamps in each room. The room didn’t have a chair for the desk”

“I was very nervous about staying here because of a lot of the reviews. But everything went just fine from check in to check out. Was it the cleanest or in everything in great condition? No, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting The Ritz lol. $116 for one night + $25 for our 95lb dog — hard to beat that price. The elevator was working and the pool was open during our stay, which my 11 year old enjoyed. The breakfast bar was also open and my 16 year old enjoyed the sausage, eggs, and a waffle. I……

“The good: Has a pool and hot tub, which was nice for the kids. The staff is accommodating. The breakfast was acceptable. The bad: Hallways did not smell nice. Room was damp and had a musty smell. AC did not work well. Fridge/freezer was off when we got there, freezer was defrosted and full of water, which I had to bail out with the ice bucket and dry with a bathroom towel. Bathroom sink was minuscule and the wood was rotting underneath. Under and behind the bed was disgusting, full of dust……
