Looks nice on the outside but the place needs some care. A gentleman got stuck on the elevator. Staff was great, and breakfast was good.

I accidently completed a review on Stoughton WI on the previously submitted review. This is the problem property. This front desk was so incredibly rude and discourteous that I decided not to stay there at all. I asked for a refund and she refused. I asked to speak to the manager. She refused. I asked for the managers name and contact info. She refused. Was the absolutely the rudest person I have encountered in my entire life. Expedia is supposed to refund this according to this person. I will no longer book any future stays with Expedia!

My party was uncomfortable with the cleanliness from the minute we walked in the door. I made a mistake in the reservation as I was hoping to book an Inn and Suites down the block and I incorrectly reserved this spot. From the hairs left all over the bathroom to the broken furniture to dust and spider webs in the room - it is obvious that cleaning does not happen at this facility.

The bathroom light was hanging from the ceiling by a wire, there was no cover over the exhaust fan that didn’t work, a drawer pull was half off, and one of the curtain pull rods was broken. The front desk took 10min to show up when we arrived to check in

Clean roomy bedroom. Great comfortable big king size bed. Lots of pillows and cozy comforter. Nice amenities. Nice big tv. Annoying heater- goes on and off. But great room.

Great stay.
Liked the suite and my traveling companions were very comfortable. Property could use remodeling but really not an issue. Check in was seamless and the associate at the desk was very helpful and friendly. Had me in the wrong suite originally but made the switch without incident. Will stay at this property again when I am back in the Michigan City area again.

Dirty dirty.
It was the dirtiest hotel. I have pictures. It was awful and I paid good money for that place. Don’t ever stay there. They should give my money back. Things were just thrown down towels,information, clicker. No neatness at all. The phone was missing keys. The floor abd walls were dirty. The tub handles didn’t mesh with the tile. The door I could see the hallway carpet when my door was locked. If I had t gotten in so late I would have never stayed there. I believe I pd $139. Dollars and they should give me back my money. Just look at the pictures. They even left cleaning materials in the hallway the elevators were dirty as well as the hallways. Terrible place

THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN YEARS. DO NOT STAY HERE. THE HOTEL LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. THE POLICE WAS CALLED TWICE IN ONE DAY. PATRONS WALKING IN AND OUT WITH NO SHOES ON. WALLS VERY THIN. TV AND PHONE DIDNT WORK. TRASH IN THE FRONT. THE WORST.
