The TV in the room didn't work. The breakfast was very limited. When I went to check out, the staff had left a note that they would return in 15 minutes, but after half an hour, I gave up on getting a receipt and left.

We had a late check in but the cash 100 dollar deposit i didn't understand and not using a card. Plus the room had hair all in the bathroom. We didn't check in until really late. Due to visiting with family.

Sorry to say that we were less than pleased with our stay. As soon as we got there we noticed the pool was closed due to "maintenance". Get in our room and we had 2 towels and washcloths for a three person stay. The beds were pretty comfortable, the pillows...not so much. Went down for breakfast the next morning and when finishing up, I noticed something crawling on the counter by the food. It was a roach. Now days, there is no reason for a hotel to have roaches...they make plenty of money to pay for good pest control. We went to the Notre Dame football game and came back around 8:30pm. Our beds were not made and the trash was still in the can. They did give us fresh towels and washcloths, but again only two of each. We had to search for the front desk person to get another towel and washcloth and let them know that the beds were not made. We don't expect a whole lot when paying cheaper rates at a hotel, but we do expect them to do their jobs and to not see bugs crawling in the dining area. Sad to say, we will not be staying here again.
