“It is without doubt a different experience. Unlike staring in a conventional hotel, here you have to get your coffee, water, and tea from the floor pantry. You see small meeting rooms as you walk through the hallways. ”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……

“I arrived at the front desk of the hotel I booked. There was a broadcast but no one was there to greet me. I had been waiting for a long time but no one was there to check me in.”

“The floor in room 102 needs to be addressed. We tripped on the floor board that is raised up. The door and locks were flimsy. Our window curtain was half broken. Staff were almost never at the front desk if we had needed anything. ”

“Very close to the Saint Charles historic district and also the casino. Lots of shopping and dining. The hotel is in a safe location.”

“I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room……
