WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE TO CHECK IN AND WAS GIVEN MY ROOM, I WENT TO MY ROOM AND IT SMELLEDLIKE CIGAR SMOKE YUCK.WHEN I WENT BACK TO ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM. I TOLD THE LADY AT THE DESK I WAS GOING BUT I WILL BE BACK. I CAME BACK AND THEY AGREED THE ROOM WAS SMOKE FILLED AND GLADLY CHANGED MY ROOM, ENJOYED A NICE COMFORTABLE BED A NICE WARM SHOWER AND THE AC WAS GOOD.

The entire property had an odd odor to it, and there were stains on the sheets that I didn't want to think about. There were people talking loudly in the parking lot well past midnight. I would not choose to stay here again.

We couldn't even complete our 3 day stay here. Within 5 minutes of walking into our room we packed up and left. The light fixtures were hanging out of the walls, there was blood and filth all over the walls, the mirrors, windows, and microwave looked like they'd never been cleaned, carpet was missing, the wallpaper was ripped off, there were holes in the walls, and the door was broken and missing all locks. The pictures advertised are NOTHING like what we experienced.

the bed was dirty and the floors were absolutely disgusting from the hallways and room. I was walking bare foot in my room and my feet turn black. The whole hotel smelled bad. Staff was nice but I would never stay in this hotel again when i come back and visit St. Louis.

I have traveled a lot for most of my life and stayed in countless hotels, but this was the worst experience I ever had. As soon as we entered our room, there was a stale smells and the mirror door to the closet was cracked and hanging crooked. The bathroom was clean, so we tried to give it a chance. But when we pulled back the blanket, the sheets looked unwashed. There was hair (obviously not ours) on the pillow and sheets, and terrible stains on the side of the mattress and on the bedsheets. At that point, we gave up and left. We felt like we needed a shower just from entering such a disgusting room. Even the desk chair had a chunk ripped out of the seat cushion. I’m so disappointed that Expedia gave this hotel a 3-star rating. Not sure I’ll ever trust them again. I threw away a chunk of money on a hotel I couldn’t stay in.

When I walked in I could immediately tell something was off. There were people in the lobby just sitting and staring at me and it made me really uncomfortable. It was dirty and you could smell the mildew immediately when you walked in. There were stains on the furniture, on the floor in the elevator, and on the bathtub. The lady at the desk was nice and helpful but it couldn't make up for the condition of the hotel. I tried to get a refund but the owner denied even though I was in the room for less than 15 minutes. Don't waste your time here.

The place was a dump. There was mold in the window Seal there is mold in the bathroom in the bathtub in the floor the door anybody could’ve popped it open with the butter knife. Looks like it’s been broke a couple times already whenever never use the pool cause it was disgustingly dirty. I am sorry this is worse than any hotel I’ve ever ever stayed.
