"Hotel cancelled my booking with no warning! I learned about it by chance when I called the hotel about my check-in time. Then I was told that there is no room for me. I wasn't even offered an apology - the reception guy (who barely spoke any English) instead tried to blame me for "not reconfirming the arrival".
