“Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night.”

“There was a once in a life time cancellation of all flights. The hotel knew Milne could make it into their stays. Yet charge me for all 5 nights not just one all 5. Anyone else would have understood it was no fault of mine I want there. And no one was going to be coming in either so the hotel would have been empty to have no regard for the disaster happening to flights around the country was ridiculous and in extremely poor taste! ”

“Room condition is very bad. Broken bathrooms. Overall hotel is very clean and staff behaviour is ok. Food options is very less. Not worth the price that you pay online. What I realised is that there is a big difference in online and direct hotel price. I booked from Expedia and I was offered exactly half the price of the rooms at the hotel. ”
