“I had eaten at this hotel a couple of times and having enjoyed the food and liked the traditional decor asked at reception if a lift went to all the bedrooms as I have mobility issues and don’t cope well with stairs and was told “ yes we have a lift to all floors”. We therefore booked a room at this hotel in our next visit to the area. Upon checking we were told our room was on the 4th floor and that the lift only went to the 3rd floor then it was 4 steps to the 4th floor room so we went up……
