“There were way to many children running around the hotel unsupervised. There was a hockey tournament that weekend. That were too many children being unsupervised. They were loud, running up and down the halls. Several times I had to open my door and ask them to be quiet. I spoke with staff, nothing was done. During breakfast time it was so kaotic. No parents supervising their children. Some policies should be put in place. Monday morning was so peaceful.”

“Old hotel. Elevator wasn’t working the whole 3 nights stay. We have to carry our luggages to the stairs to the third floor. The room was old, the front door locked but there’s a noticeable gap. The bathroom is so small. When a person is sitting in the commode and someone opens the door, it will hit the person sitting in the commode.parking is so difficult. “I don't know that I'd use a hotel hot tub, but be aware that although it may be listed as an amenity, it is permanently closed. Room was clean and the furnishings, especially the bed, were very comfortable. We had a river view which did not disappoint.
