The view from the hotel is beautiful but our room was run down and out of date. The only outlet in the bathroom did not work and was not repaired during our stay. The refrigerator in the room was leaking and was repaired during our stay. You are paying for the view not the quality of the room. Staff was friendly but will not stay there again.

Have stayed at this hotel many times and I feel that the rooms are getting dated. Also we booked a suite for three people and as always there are never enough towels or this time bedding in the room. Called to get this taken care of and it took over two hours for the things to arrive!!! Attention to detail is everything!!! Do better Sheraton!! Your rooms are expensive and so is breakfast. A little more service would be great!!!

We stayed here while going to see a concert at the Blossom Center and it was a great experience. We ate in the bar area and had a drink before and it was really easy to Uber to the music venue. Gorgeous river views and Comfy beds too!

Very nice hotel and room, good location, but very disappointed that during busy NCAA and Eclipse neither lounge or restaurant was open on Sunday, paid for club room, but club was totally picked over Sunday, no cappachino, no waters in fridge. Monday was worse, so busy for breakfast everything picked over, no seats. Got
