The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay. Rooms are outdated and could definitely use a refresh. Staff limited pool time by making you sign up for time slots but did NOTHING to reinforce the time usage. Maybe have a staff member go in and assure people are honoring the request so the people who do honor the time a lot can actually have an enjoyable time.
