“There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth.”

“When I booked this hotel room - the photos used was showing rooms overlooking the pool in different angles. I booked the room and paid a non refundable payment. I assumed that we would get a similar looking room with that view as that was what was what they were showing, that’s why I picked this property. A day before arrival I was told this was not the room we would be getting. I did inform them that that was what I booked as per their photos, they said “sorry but as it’s fully booked they……
