“We got into the room, the window was open. Heat and noise were terrible due to the open window. Called twice and still after 6 hours no one came to remedy the issue. After visiting the front desk a 3rd time, someone finally was sent to the room and maintenance didn't even know what they were there for. The room was a closet across from the elevators. After all of that we decided to depart from the hotel and go elsewhere. So we are looking to get the refund for the 2nd night we decided not……

“This was my first experience with any B&B. It was excellent! I do plan on rebooking the next time.”

“Overall, nice B&B. I did not show up in the morning to make us breakfast and I never received a refund. Otherwise, I would recommend.”

“Canandaigua Guesthouse is a wonderful historic B&B that makes your stay so comfortable. I had great sleep on the king sized bed in the Leopard room which is spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious every day with homemade cherry scones, fresh fruit, and an authentic Spanish torta. The hosts Valerie and Jason are welcoming and very knowledgeable of things to do: wineries, ice cream (Spotted Duck), dinner (Pintxo)! Highly recommend and I will be returning.”
