"The room service, staff, breakfast, helpfulness, was beyond compare to me. My toilet was running and they fixed it immediately. The hotel is a little worn. The dining room chairs are the worst I’ve ever seen in a food service, the seat covers are washed to non existence. The carpets old, and my rooms ceiling needs painting. "

"courteous staff. the guy that helped me with the in room TV really went out of his way. one morning it was pouring the snow down and 19 degrees. i was cleaning the snow/ice off my car and he appeared out of no-where with scrapers and rags-he even offered to help. i am sorry i did not ask his name or try to tip. i would like to give him tip. i am old man and my mind is fuzzy some times!"

"The overall stay was good, I would say that the breakfast options could improve as you had to microwave a breakfast sandwich. The pillows would be my other needs improvement suggestion as they were lumpy not at all comfortable. These two options aren’t a deal breaker, as I would stay here again, but I hope maybe these things are improved."
