There was nothing unique about the facility one of your employees was rude and she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. The floors in the room was filthy and when you ask housekeeping for towels they act like they don’t understand English.

Last year, we stayed here a lot for drum corps rehearsals and it was wonderful. This is the second time we stayed here this year and it has gone downhill a lot. There's no longer a hot breakfast and our bathroom was the most disgusting I've ever seen in any hotel. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower curtain was so moldy, it smelled beyond bad and I had to use Febreze on it in order to tolerate it. The sink was missing its stopper and had a ring of grime around it. There was mold growing on the ceiling in the shower and it didn't drain properly. By the time were done with each of our showers, we would be standing in four inches of water. The drain itself had mold or calcification around it so who knows what kind of bacteria is growing in there. The smell alone signalled to a lot of bacteria. The hotel was fully booked so we weren't able to get a different room. It's a shame how much the prices have gone up and how little we get. Unfortunately, this will be our last time staying at Best Western Brockport and probably any Best Western.

To be honest with all of you I don’t know why this area is expensive during the weekend but for over $200 a night with taxes and fees I think this place is expensive. Besides this, the room door never fully locked if you left your room, towels smelled clean but had stains on them and the mini fridge well was too small and did not work. More like a motel than a hotel or inn.
