"The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

"Lovely peaceful hotel with amazing staff and a great selection of food and drink. Only a couple of things that let it down slightly. We booked the suite with hot tub but the outdoor lighting was broken so this area couldn't be used on a night. There was a 20 euro charge per night for a cot to be in the room, this wasn't mentioned when booking. Also, the breakfast is an extra 27 euros per person. I wouldn't agree that the breakfast selection is worth this much but there's nothing else around so...

"The hotel was recently restored in the past few years. So, the rooms and amenities are fresh, but no views. The rooms are quiet, beds are very comfortable and we slept great. Expedia maps this property in the center of old town near Lices. However, the actually location is a 10 minute walk along the harbor. If it were located in the center, then I’d give 5 stars. But that would also come with a higher price."

Davide went above and beyond late night when we had a problem with our tub and was so attentive and nice. Nash and Arthur made our last night dinner a wonderful experience and made us feel like long time friends. Alain was so kind and patient with us as he drove us to and from town and made us feel truly welcome in St. Tropez. We will definitely be back! "

"Superb 'human size' hotel spread in the middle of the nature - Quiet and very well located - no too far from St Tropez and close to Ramatuelle old village. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room had perfect size and was very cozy & very modern at the same time. Very nice buffet-type breakfast the nearby the heated pool. We will come back!
