This is my second stay at this gem of a hotel. It is ridiculous how much I love it. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully laid out. A better shower you will not find in all of Europe (great water pressure, beautiful fixtures, instantaneous hot water). The staff are friendly and efficient. It is located in the city center and if you are a runner, you are less than a third of a mile from a fabulous (mostly flat) river trail that goes miles in either direction. The hotel is remote, a drive with steep curves if you are driving a manual transmission, but so worth it. It is less than an hour from the Frankfurt airport. My room was up two floors with no elevator but the hotel staff carried up the suitcases without a problem. There are 2 restaurants, one is a high end gourmet establish for the "foodie" crowd.
