It’s also centrally located in downtown Dunedin and walkable to food, bars and shopping. We have stayed here before and we will definitely be staying again. ”

“We had a great two week stay at this house. James was a very responsive host. We had a couple of glitches that were promptly attended to. The view was great; both the inside and the outside offered activities that truly allowed us to relax. We kayaked, we fished, we played cards, we did several puzzles and best of all, we relaxed. Plenty of space to hang together and also have time to ourselves. ”

“We rented this place for a week. We got a call couple days later hurricane coming so we have to move the furnitures inside ( extremely heavy) I said no send someone to move them. Call back to ask about hurricane policy her answer was you out of luck unless you had hurricane insurance ( first time for us beeing in a hurricane ) the woman should have explained before that august sept we get hurricane so please try to have insurance. We lost 3 days stuck home so that really sucked, we called cause...

“We received the apt with the dishwasher full of plates/mugs/pots/silverware. The dryer machine was full of clothes too. And smelling as food when we arrived. So I think the cleaning charge is not a fair rate due these conditions.”

“Welcome tablet was not there to find as described. We tried to check in early and let the property know three weeks in advance. At that time the only way to contact them was via email. Those emails were returned with a simple “request denied.” One day before check-in I received an email with an 800 number to call. I called tasking them to check in at noon instead of the regular 3pm time. I was told that for every hour I wanted to check in early, I would be charged an additional $20/hour....
