“We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane.
We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens.
We are also grateful for the complimentary days post hurricane and all the efforts to facilitate our safe return to our respective homes.
Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded……

“Rooms and amenities were wonderful, food was delicious and a great variety, the ambience and activities were amazing. But what stands out the absolute most is the incredible super friendly and helpful staff! Everyone was willing to answer any question, offered a smile and conversation any time you passed by. Special thanks goes to Ron, Rashae, and Homroy for going the extra extra mile for me and my friends. I will definitely come back!!”
