“The property was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could possibly need. The room was kept very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities it had to offer. Additionally, the staff was absolutely incredible. On our last full day of our trip, the power went out, causing some dinners to be cancelled, however, the staff continued to provide excellent service through it all and were more than generous, even going as far to apologize for something out of their control. “Landed early and I wasnt able to check in until 3 so I was outside for 3 hours. When I checked in the room was clean it was over powering with bleach. I wasnt a fan of the bathroom . Also the flights up the steps for the roof top is a bit much gota invest in an elevator its also not safe if u are wet. But the staff was great and sweet. Marlon look care of me when I hurt my foot. “We have been to Jamaica at least 10-15 times and have stayed at several AI resorts throughout the island. Cons: This was my least favorite and I’d consider it a 3 star at best. Resort is a ghost town after 9/10pm. Need more nightly activities for the 20-40ish crowd. Piano bar gets old. Need to add foam parties, more genres of music, karaoke on stage and on a weekend. Pros: The staff(Amay, Cori, Moesha & Dean were all fabulous & went above and beyond. The ocean/beach are amazing with fun/free……
