“The staff! Absolutely wonderful!!! This is a great hotel owned and ran by Jamaicans. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. Always attentive, smiling, and helpful. The place was spotless! Incredible views, fantastic food, live music, and great drinks. The S hotel has all this and more but the staff was the highlight! I made sure to tip the staff although it's all inclusive. They are so great I wouldn't feel right not giving a little extra. This was my wife and I 22nd……

“Overall the room was clean, the bathroom was ok. The shower attachment didn’t work so i couldn’t use it to really wash off my back. No trash bags in the cans so it just felt wrong to throw things away. Overall the staff was friendly and kind. Some more friendly than others. Some behaved as if they just didn’t want to help or it was too much to explain something being very sharp with their responses. Not having any of the rules explained, i got reprimanded in front of everyone for wearing a……

“One of the pools is under construction which I understand has to happen at some point. The construction work takes place most of the day. Other than that the staff is incredible and super friendly. When we booked we did realize that it was “hurricane season”, but if i would have known that because of the low occupancy things would be different at the resort i might have thought twice about booking. First, not all the buildings were open. They said they were using the slow time to do some refreshing of some of the rooms. “This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just……
