“I took my wife to the princess grand hotel and resort for our 10 year anniversary. And I can say from the moment we got there everything was perfect. The host that checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. The assistant manager Ingrid Walker was the best. She helped me make every plan I had not only possible but special. I can’t thank Mrs Walker and Oron the guest service representative enough. Overall the Princess Grand was great!!! We will definitely stay there again whenever we return.”

“Nice staff , Shower was a disappointment tub was slippery bed and pillows very uncomfortable , food was decent alcohol was all bottom shelf if you wanted a decent drink you have to pay , very small section of beach is available for guests ,if you’re looking for fun or nightlife this isn’t it …pretty sleepy after 8 pm , spa was very nice . good location avoid beach on days when the cruise ships come in .very packed .too many rules for a “luxury ‘ stay ”

“Airport shuttle was easy and convenient. Driver was friendly.The entertainment staff was amazing. The servers at buffet were also friendly and quick to clean up. Would definitely return to the Iberostar Rose Hall.”

“Our first room, you could not see any of the beach in the concierge told us it was a ocean view, but you had to look very hard so they finally moved us and put us in a room with a view that we had to look to the left to see the ocean. Unfortunately, the elevators were having major issues and people were getting stuck.”

“This was our 7th stay at iberostars in jamaica. 8th overall. My past reviews have all been 5 star. This was not. We understand they are recovering from a major hurricane but downgrading us from a king to 2 queens(felt like we were sharing a full all week) is not my idea of a romantic getaway. Our king room ac was not funtional (sheets were damp, room smelled like mildew). We tried havimg them change sheets and fix ac. This did not work. Finally Barrington(thank god for him) got us into a……

“Family friendly ”

“This was my third visit to samsara and just like all the other visits, It was exceptional. As always, the staff of the best part they treat you like family. The food always taste wonderful breakfast luncheon dinner. The drinks are on point and the view from the cliffs are spectacular.”
